So, I’m interested in tracking my behaviors over time in order to get a better understanding of them. I’ve recently been using Fail Log to keep track of my smoking habit and I like the app for a few reasons:
- It includes a widget that allows logging an event with two clicks,
- There are rudimentary data analytics which include a heatmap showing usage through the week and a breakdown according to time, and
- It has an extensible list of activities.
